GWC-03 Thermal-foil door

Doors and drawer fronts are manufactured using ¾” medium density fiberboard.  This is the traditional shaker style door with square edges.  Note the four routed grooves creating a five- piece appearance.  The doors are then bonded and vacuum formed with thermal-foil.  The back side has a hot pressed white melamine surface. 

Doors are available in many different specialty thermal foil colors and textures.  Woodgrain runs horizontally on drawers and vertically on doors.  This door is available routed to accept glass panels.
